One postponed his event while the other brought his event forward thereby forcing the media to choose between the two.”On December 16, both Shah Rukh and Aamir’s events were back to back and at locations very far from each other. Aamir’s event was at 8 pm at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon which meant it would have started by 9 and SRK’s event was at 9 pm at Vie Lounge in Juhu which would have begun by 10 pm. Aamir was walking the ramp to promote the Van Heusen Ghajini line and SRK was launching his Filmfare issue. The media would have attended both events back to back but in order to divide the media attention, Aamir and SRK made sure they arrived such that both their events began at exactly the same time at the different venues.”
